The 5513 Submariner is an iconic model that has undergone numerous variations during its 25-year production run. The present example is the third variation of the Maxi dial, also known as the Mk3. The Maxi dial, which features larger lume plots, was produced from 1977 to 1984, after which lume markers were encased in white gold.

The MK3 is highly sought after due to its distinctive "Lollipop Dial," in which the lume plots touch the 5-minute hashes, creating a lollipop-like appearance. Additionally, the dial features the word "Submariner" above the depth indicator, a feature that was initially seen on the Mk2.

This watch comes with its original box, papers, guarantee booklet, and several service receipts documenting its history. It is a two-owner watch from new,  apart from the fantastic dial, the ghost mk3 insert is stunning.  Its a great find and a highly collectible variant of the 5513. The fact that it is so complete is an added bonus.
