In 1967 Omega released their first Seamaster 120, the 135.027 with a 37mm case. The 120 range was a 'comfortable and affordable' in Omega's words, alternative to the Seamaster 300. Around a dozen variations were made between 1967 and 1984 including this example, more commonly referred to as the Baby Ploprof

The 166.0250 was the first model that looked very similar to the larger and iconic Seamaster 600. This was the first 120 to have the larger 40mm case and 22mm lugs and bracelet ends. This model came in two variants, one with an integrated oval link bracelet and the other a shark mesh bracelet with closed lugs.

This piece retains its original dial, hands and bezel which these days is incredibly hard to find. The case has seen minimal polishing and shows sign of use. The 1247/237 shark mesh bracelet is still in great shape and will accomodate an 18cm wrist.

The movement was serviced when under ownership of the previous owner. The movement has been checked over and is running very well at -2, 240 amps with a beat error of 0.1 m/s.

The watch comes with its red square Omega box.
